Driven by passion, fuelled by compassion
At Bends&Curves, it's all about driving the best roads for the drivers, the perfect apex, breathtaking views, brilliant hairpin bends and the freedom of the open road. But starting in 2026, we're adding a new dimension to our rides. We're going to drive with a mission.

Meet our co-pilot for 2026: Pepe
We are proud to announce our collaboration with Axarquia Animal Rescue (AAR). We have decided to adopt a dog each year as our official “mascot”. This means that we will not only make a financial donation to cover a part of the costs of care, but we will also closely follow this loyal four-legged friend on his or her journey to a forever home.
In 2026, Pepe is our virtual co-pilot. We met Pepe, a Spanish Waterdog who used to herd goats, during a private road trip in Spain. When his job ended, the care ended as well.
As we traverse Luxembourg, the Dolomites and the Vosges in 2026, we will keep you informed of this little champ's progress via our social media channels.

Why are we doing this?
Because our passion for driving cars in scenic landscapes goes hand in hand with compassion for animals who need a little extra help. Together, we are making strides towards a better life for them.
Keep an eye on our social media page for updates on the progress of our furry co-pilot and the adventures we will be embarking on this year!
The progress
10 April 2026: Pepe was castrated and while he was sedated further tests, X-rays etc. have been performed. The constant neglect and abuse have had many consequences for his health. He has a large cyst on his prostate which needs a specialised operation. In addition, the infections in his ears have been left untreated for so long that they have not responded to the antibiotics and an operation will probably be required.
Pepe stays at his foster's home as long as it takes to get him ready for his forever home.
Pepe will continue to get the best possible medical care to put him on the road to recovery and we will post regular updates.
